Conditional Licenses

Philadelphia Conditional License Lawyers

Restricted Driving Privileges

If you were convicted of drunk driving and your Pennsylvania driver’s license was suspended, you may be eligible for a conditional license, also referred to as an occupational limited license, after the first 60 days of your suspension. At Cherry DUI Law, our lawyers can help you determine if you are eligible for a conditional license and help you obtain one.

What Conditional Licenses Allow You to Do

A conditional license will allow you to drive to work and to some other limited destinations, including alcohol rehabilitation. You will be limited in terms of when you can drive. In some cases, a more flexible probationary license may be available. This may allow you to drive to additional destinations, although you will still be limited in terms of driving time frame.

Defense Against Additional Violations

Have you been accused of driving while license suspended for DUI? Are you charged with violating the terms of your occupational limited license or probationary license? Have you been charged with drunk driving again? Our attorneys are prepared to defend you. The penalties may increase dramatically in these cases. With decades of experience on our side, we are prepared to fight back with the additional force necessary to protect you from having to live with these penalties. We encourage you to enlist us as soon as possible.
